Why the hell is this even a discussion? Ever see Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the lost Ark? Well in one scence there's a master swordsman just totally going squirrely. and BAM ONE SHOT WITH A NORMAL PISTOL AND THE SWORDSMAN IS DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! DEAD I TELL YOU! Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha! That's a good one! Mario can easily survive bullets. He can fly through space, because at the time that Super Mario Galaxy takes place, Mario is so powerful that physics need not apply. He's basically now a super saiyan! |

Well, the reason why the debaters care is because while the heroes are fake, this is a battle between Nintendo's flagship character and XBox's flagship character for the title as strongest video game hero. This is a legendary debate started by the fanboy who started this post, and judging by every comeback he has posted, I'd say that the he won it. I'm not a fanboy myself, but I think that Mario is way cooler than Master Chief. Of course, Cait Sith could beat them both in one hit using the slots limit break if he gets Game Over. |

Master cheif can: Use active cloaking to sneak up on mario and assasinate him Use invincibility and crush him with a gravity hammer use a sniper rifle to kill him before he knows what happened and if Mario is so powerfull then he should be able to use a missle pod to lock on to him and blast him right out of the sky Additionally, Masterchief can also go into space - we saw that in halo two. |

ROFL I like the explanation for what kinds of great weapons Master Chief could use to defeat Mario if Master Chief WASN'T fully paralyzed, but with a second Wiimote, Mario could paralyze Master Chief and his armor completely, or stop one of Master Chief's rockets in midair and blow it up with one star bit. I think that the second wiimote would pretty much render Master Chief useless. |

I only used the random letters because I wasn't sure if I would be able to win this debate, then that would be embarrassing, but I'm proud to have figured out ways that Mario could OHKO Master Chief. I seriously couldn't tell what the outcome of the debate would be at first, since I have had character battles like this where other Nintendo characters, even the mighty Samus, were proven to be weaker than Master Chief. |

Not the Wiimote itself, but the powers within it. If you look on the back of the box, you can see that a second player can play too if he or she has a second wiimote. I've played with a friend before and I've seen the paralysis ability in action. |

Yep, MC's taken out fleets and armadas of Covenant, and battle against the parasitic Flood, but he can't take a plumber down. Master Chief would kill Mario before he knew what was going on. A sniper bullet through the head, Mario's gone. And don't try that crap about him surviving it. Master Chief's been trained to quickly assassinate. He's a monster. A killing-machine. A finely-tuned death bringer. Plumber won't stand in his way. Once again, MARIO =/= GOD. Mario < Master Chief Master Chief > Mario |

OH EM EF GEE... I don't know what other homo powers Mario has, but just put MC on the field with a sniper, shotgun, and a nice supply of stickies and bubble sheilds and see who would win. And just for the heck of it, throw in a Scorpion. |

Oh, Mario can also summon Boo (Boo is an item in Mario Kart) and have him snag all of Master Chief's gear, while Mario is transformed into Rainbow Mario because Rainbow Mario is invincible, and will be able to stay invincible long enough to put on the armor or equip Master Chief's weapons, Master Chief is screwed. And Master Chief couldn't block Boo because he's a ghost. |

I have to say that even if I do lose this debate, it's definitely an epic underdog vs. big guy debate. We've got Master Chief, who countless XBox fans and fanboys have figured out ways to defend against most of Nintendo's characters, who basically are screwed since most of them don't have guns, against Mario, one of those gunless characters. By the way, with that paralysis power, MC wouldn't own even if it's there because he can't even fire his own weapon. And with the thing about Mario having "homo powers", while sexual orientation isn't an issue here, Mario is straight. He's been saving Peach so many times, and MarioxPeach is definitely game canon (I don't write the fan fiction, I just know what is and isn't canon). Also, over the course of the games, many other female characters have become attracted to Mario, like Goombella and Bow. Mario certainly gets more girls than Master Chief, who only gets Cortana, a hologram! I'm not even sure if MCxCortana is game canon, lol! And of course, with Link vs. Master Chief, out of them, Link is the green player. He gets Ruto, Zelda, Midna, Saria, Malon, random NPC girls, and probably some other major female lead characters who I forgot about! So I don't think you should be calling Mario and Link homos, I think the word you're looking for is player! |
