Mods have to common sense. If he was a mod he'd unban himself. Just because you ask for the position, doesn't mean you'll get it.

Requests aren't for mod requests. And if he isn't already a mod (Idk, I never have heard of him), it's simply not possible for him to become one at this time.

Getting to be a mod here is one of the hardest things to do for some reason.
