Need new anime to watch..
|
well i like a lot of action anime, and byronic anime (main character is genius but becomes 'evil' with power like deathnote/codegeass) i also like comedy and romance, but i dislike pure romance, where its all serious and only romantic and stuff. i like a lot of drama and stuff... here's my list of genre's. Comedy, action, fantasy, romance, byronacy, ecchi, horror, thrill, psychological. yes, i like ecchi. that doesn't necessarily make me a pervert though, its just a way to express things. i think its funny when female parts are shown cuz when its censored its just kind of dumb. however, the going to the crotch area is going way too far. keep it simple like Elfen Lied or Girls Bravo. admit it, sexual comedy that doesn't involve "down there" is a lot funnier than most. i don't realy like older anime's... i prefer anime with art styles similar to bleach, naruto (somewhat deformed but not as much as pokemon -_-), or code geass, death note (all serious) here is a list of anime's i watched before and enjoyed. 1) Code geass 2) Death note 3) Bleach 4) Naruto 5) Girls Bravo 6) Elfen lied 7) Karin 8) Marchen Awakens Romance 9) Devil May Cry 10) Black Cat by the way, things like the third: girl w/ blue eyes, yuyuhakusho, rurouni kenshin, buso renkin, tsubasa chronical, Gurren lagaan, eureka7, DBZ, Gundam stuff, Soul Eater, etc. are anime's i have watched and didn't like as much, so dont reccomend these :) thanks.

The following might tickle your fancy if you're an action nut - Berserk, Black Lagoon, Hellsing, Claymore and Hunter x Hunter. And for your Psychological fix try these - Monster, When They Cry, Paprika, Perfect Blue and Ghost Hound. And here's some Fantasy Anime - Last Exile, Twelve Kingdoms, Seirei no Moribito, Escaflowne, Scrapped Princess, and Mushishi. |

It sounds like Ghost Hound might be a bit too advanced for this particular viewer. I would go more for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. It's somewhat light-hearted at times, but the psychological aspect of the first season is just amazing. I would also like to recommend DNAngel. It's somewhat serious, but it's melodramatic and the comedy is somewhat suddle. It's slightly action oriented, but it focuses on the romance than anything. |

trust me there is nothing thats too psychologically horrific to me. im a strange person. i dont get angry for more than 20 minutes. i dont get sad for more than 30 minutes. i can stand looking at guts and blood for days. when looking at child birth in health it was disgusting but its nothing compared to some movies ive seen. i can take sudden things, and i went through all of Elfen Lied in the middle of the night not disgusted at all by the guts and blood and stuff. so yea its fine ^^ more reccomendations for comedy and romance please (heh and some ecchi if possible ^^) |

trust me there is nothing thats too psychologically horrific to me. It's not a horror anime. Ghost Hound focuses more on the reality of real life psychological conditions and symptoms. I'm sure it would bore you to tears considering the majority of the anime that you've seen is action oriented in one way or another. It's also slow paced. I enjoyed it. If you watch it all the way through you're sure to learn a thing or two about psychology. Advanced was probably too harsh of a word to use. Although I stick by what I said earlier, Higurashi is definitely your best bet. I'm sure you'll love it. more reccomendations for comedy and romance please (heh and some ecchi if possible ^^) Ichigo 100% is one of my personal favorites. Although I haven't finished the anime since the manga is far superior. I believe the anime leaves out about a hundred chapters or so. It's good, nonetheless. Anyways, that's about it. I stopped watching ecchi anime a loooooooong time ago. |

to SJJ4 pimp- it does,Ichigo 100% the anime version leaves out alot of important events, since the tv series is 12 episodes, the tv series also spawned 4 OVA which don't have anything to do with the Anime storyline or the Manga, but some events inspired from the manga. but yes,the manga is far better. While Tsukasa is nice and cute, but I think Manaka deserved Aya more, because Aya is just a meek shy girl you just can't help feel sorry for,and not to mention it was Manaka's quest to get laid with her.XD,yes,he does care for both of them, but he's more interested in making movies with Aya. |
