We all remember this one: Quickly press: up, up, down, down, right, right, left, left and A and Start. But you need to be very quick. Well they're is an easy way to do this cheat. You'll need both Sonic 2 and Sonic 3. To preform this go to Sonic 2 and options and enter in: 19, 65, 09, 17 go to the title screen and press 'a' and start. Now you have the cheat menu up. While holding down 'a' pull out the Sonic 2 cartridge in the Sonic 2 cheat menu. Now put in the Sonic 3 cartridge and press reset. Now realse 'a' and press 'a' and start. This will bring up the cheat menu for Sonic 3. This was the easist way to do it. I use to do this, until I became a whizz at the controls.
