This isn't worth any gems... :P get the bike. get the free pass at vermilion city. and go to cerolean[i cant spell right] go to the bike shop and you get the bike without spending 9999999 zenny. get mew. now dont get over exited. get it in a glitch. go to tr rocken to tell it because its to hard to explane. make sure to check its cry,stats , battle positions, icon, and level chains. because if theres any thing wrong with these things, releas it imediatly. if you dont do thies things, you will be having a messed up game. im not a rules guy but this is serios. dont trade it, dont breed it, dont even think about catching another one. theres no other way of catching it again. get past brock. get a nidoran male, make it lev.12. let it use double kick on the rock pokemon. these things also work on poke red/blue. im serios, do those things when catching a mew.
