Most difficult class I took was semiconductors, too much quantum physics and the teacher couldn't teach. Then again I didn't really try that hard in the class.

Worst class was intro to animal biology... some odd reason it was a requirement for one of my majors (what that has to do with Electrical Engineering...). Teacher was old and boring, class was a midterm and final with no homework of which were multiple choice. Had a 5 hour lab once a week where we watched movies about random animals and were asked questions about the movies afterward.

Why hate DiffyQs? I actually liked that class, then again I lucked out and had an amazing teacher for it (rare to find a good math teacher).

I hate diff. eq. because of two things: (1) these long homework assignments and (2) the assignments being due the day before the test, leaving less time to actually study.

That's kinda odd though, haha. I don't see why you'd need that biology at all. That 5 hour lab sounds like a killer. Labs have always sucked for me unless it was really hands on (that doesn't include mixing little chemicals together). Quantum physics can bite you in the bum. I'm taking that now, as well. Made a 1/6 on my last test 8D I died a little bit inside. Sometimes you just get stuck with a bad teacher (not my case, I guess). If only you could foresee things like this :P It'd save you from a lot of pain.

I haven't had any difficult classes. Russian destroyed my life, but I did really well in it, so I can't say it was hard...just a LOT of work (we met 7 times a week for an hour each time, plus an hour or two of homework a night).

My worst class was Intro to Poli Sci: American Politics. I was expecting it to be stupid, but I figured that learning about checks & balances and the legislative branch and the judicial branch and whatever would be pretty easy.

And it turns out, for any of the other poli sci profs on campus, that's exactly what that class is about. But I got the one prof who taught it differently. He decided to make it about racism/sexism.

As a white dude, it ended up being very uncomfortable. Not necessarily his fault, but I spoke up in class exactly TWICE all semester, and both times the other people in the class gave me the cold shoulder.

My worst class I took... I can't even remember the name of it. I think I'm blokcing it out. Well, anyway it was a philosophical lingusitic class. There were two books we had to read that didn't make any sense. That and the prof was absolutely "in love" with the author. I'm sure the books are really good on a really deep level, but I guess I don't think deeply. And the grade for the class was based on one paper. So Here I was writing a paper based on crap I didn't understand. I did pass on BS. But I wouldn't take a class like that again. More practical, less meditation.

Reminds me of my English 2 class that I forgot about. It was very philosophical as well and those things were obviously beyond me :P Didn't know anything about what the professor was talking about.

Ugh, Old English was hell on earth. Understanding the original version of Canterbury Tales...ugh...so boring. Definitely the worst.

Most difficult...I can't think of one..I study English, so nothing there is as difficult as engineering or science related courses.

I didn't do very well in my Aegean Bronze Age course. I need to do okay on the final.
