Tip for Dragon Ball/Z/GT

A few various Budokai 2 tips.

1.If you have stronger attacks than your oppenent, such as a spirit cannon against kamehameha, than the stronger attack will break through at the price of a few 100 damage points gone from the attack. It might depend on how strong that better one is in the first place. 2.To get Teen Gohan, beat Cell on the last level with Adult Gohan. 3.If you're having trouble taking some guys down with lots of health or just plain having some trouble, equip Viral Heart disease and then Vaccine. This combo takes three equip spaces overall but is really helpful in the beginning. You can get the Viral Heart Disease in the beginning of Dragon World (at least I did) along with Vaccine (look at parentasis above.) This can be very helpful on Kid Buu. 4.If you don't feel like putting effort into getting capsules, go into Bulma's shop, and then, without buying anything, press triangle, then L1, L2, R1, and R2 and then triangle. You will get a few capsules. Keep doing this until you get a ton of capsules. It won't work as well later on, so you have to buy and fight for the rest. Of course, these are probably rare ones. 5.Do the training, regardless if you are good or not! At the beginning it's worth 9% of capsules! 6.Do yourself a favor and get at least one dragonball in each level! There are only 9 levels! If you skip a few, then your outta luck! Don't always worry about getting two on the levels that have two or more. Just keep steady with gathering them! 7.On the level with Gotenks buu, try and keep Buu in that place where Vegeta comes in (assuming you moved Vegeta out of there) with Supreme Kai and Tien (or somebody else, but Tien is good here.) You don't want to lose Gohan just yet. 'Cause if you do, then you practically have to use Vegito. And if he grabs the sword that appears later on, it's over. That sword is up 30%. But don't worry that Vegito can't beat him. Vegito's stats are 180% strength, and 140% defense. :D 8.On the last level, I'd have to say that it's worth it to have everybody have 5 lives when going to face Kid Buu. Also don't stick around to long! Kid Buu gets +10% for like, every 6 moves I think. Senzu beans might also be helpful here. It might be helpful to give Goku a bitter Garlic as well, don't want him to get his butt kicked and die, now do we? 9.Vote this a five! (tips work now.) |

It's a glitch. Once you go out of the tip and come back in, it says that and won't show you the replies. After you vote as well I think. |

Oh yeah. Add these to the tip. 10.In training mode, press the select button and you get full ki again. 11.While in training mode, use viral heart disease with Vegeta who is equiped with Babidi's mind control, and make sure Vegeta isn't hit until his health goes to orange. Then let your enemy hit you, and he'll become Majin Vegeta, and you're health will become green and if you use atomic explosion you won't die. (don't give me credit for this. I just saw a tip in Budokai 2 for this.) |

Cool! But if in a Duel I kill my opponent with Vegeta's explosion attack. Who wins, him or me? Because they both die! CN666 |

No, actually Vegeta doesn't die with that attack if you get enough energy. That attack is a major luck attack. Even if you have only 1 hit point left and your oppenent has like 6000, you can still use that attack and win. If you gather enough ki during the attack, you win. If you come short, you lose. It's hard to pull off. |

This makes me think about pokemon! lol They use explosion and yet they don't die! lol How do you gatter the ki ? By turning the anolog stick? CN666 |

Yep. 12.Use BOTH the analog sticks. Just put your palm on both and rotate! It doubles your ki gathering speed! |

Alright! 13.Funny way to do a ton of damage. Do a super strong attack that isn't a finishing move (spirit bomb, dragon drive, nose dive crash, super ghost kamikaze attack), but instead a death-move (galick gun, kamehameha, blast cannon, spirit cannon, victory cannon) and then keep blasted the guy with ki blasts. Really only works well in training mode, with a temporary fusion character, or where you keep pressing select. |
