Hey guys, its good to be back, havnt been here in months. Anyways on its release date I picked up Tenkaichi 3 for the PS2... and well here are my thoughts...

I was actually dissapointed. I was so excited for this game, just to be somewhat let down. For one, the story mode was lacking BIG TIME... what was with it... skipping all that stuff? WHY!WHY!WHY!? What were they thinking, I wanted every little detail it never gets old, just make it in some new creative way thats all. Plus the fact that to unlock certain characters you need to use the dragonballs which are hard as hell to find. It made me so mad :(

Apart from the story mode, the new fighting style was excellent aswell as the new looks of characters, their attacks, and power-ups. The new ultimate battle games are pretty fun. The RPG style game, gets kind of old but overall not bad. Tournaments are also pretty good. For the PS2, the disc fusion is ok, just adds more things to do (probly to make up for that crap storymode lol). ALSO! Whats with all these dragonball characters!? Cmon add DBZ characters! We wanted to see henchmen etc. not some crappy dragonball characters that no one cares about! Overall I'd say this game gets a 7/10. If they would have made it like Tenkaichi 2, added all the characters, expanded the story mode, and added new unlockable items etc. I would be grateful... but unfourtunetly... no.

When its released for the Wii, I'll rent it and see if its any better. Hopefully if they do make 4, it will be a HUGE improvement
