16 is the best bet. An official book was released regarding that info(I don't have, but I do lots of research), as well as an official timeline. The timeline gives her birth a year before Pan, and Pan is 4 going on 5, making Bra at least 16 at the most. Pan is 14 in GT, and after the year that passes after the Bebi Saga, she's nearing 15. So according to this research, her age is 16, I just wanted to see what everyone else thought....

Lets see she is a year older then Pan in DBZ...Pan was 4 and Bulla was 5. And 10 years pass from the end of DBZ to the begging of GT and Pan is 14 so Bulla must be 15.

Also if you are thinking about her age later in GT. Well then two years pass during the Baby Saga. Because a whole year passes while they are collecting the dragonballs making Pan 15 and Bulla 16. However Baby got the dragonballs during the Baby saga. And after the saga and the planet was blowing up, it was because of the negitive energy sent to earth when they werent re-collected aroud the Galaxcy. Meaning that another year musta passed while fighting Baby and bringing the people back to earth. So since Pan was 15 and Bulla was 16 and a year passed Pan was now 16 and Bulla was 17. And if another year passed from the Baby saga till the tournament then Pan was 17 and Bulla was 18.

So it all depends when in GT you are thnking of.

The time they spend collecting the dragonballs AND fighting Bebi is the entire year. So by the time the Super 17 Saga begins, only one year has passed, making Pan 15 and Bra 16 after the Bebi saga.
