Yup I've seen one. A triangular shape with a light in each corner. It hovered above me and my friend for about 20 seconds. We ran in all different directions and it was following us, moving in the same direction we did. Eventually we ran and hid under a truck and the UFO flew off. It seemed to get over a very distant mountain in only a matter of seconds. Of course UFOs exist. You throw a paper ball in a dark room. It's a UFO until someone identifies what it is. Do aliens exist? That's a whole different story. |

If they were that superior they would no be hiding in areas that conveniently produce pictures just blurry enough you can't make them out. They would simply confront our race. I highly doubt intelligent life exists on other planets. No life, but intelligent life, that I believe is much less common. Especially since most species are condemned within a few hundred million years. Somethings bound to wipe the suckers out in that amount of time. Humanns included. |

I'm not sure if humans have any evidence of aliens. And it might cross their minds to confront our race, and maybe they have in previous times, but in most cases it may be best not to. We don't share their knowledge so who are we to guess what their actions should or should not be? Maybe we aren't ready to handle aliens yet and they know it? And I'm sure intelligent life exists on other planets out there... I mean... look at all the galaxies, and all the solar systems in each galaxy, then all the planets. Forming intelligent life may be a small chance, but given the odds of all the planets in this universe, I would say there is a very high chance that there are other intelligent life forms out there. And a few hundred million years is far more then enough time for intelligent beings to advance their technology to protect them against most things that we currently know of. Could probably build a space ship that can travel the speed of light and something that could turn compressed matter into food by then. |

Yes I completely agree with the statistics that point toward life, but intelligent life is totally different. Its another thing for it to be present, but the dinosaurs for instance have been gone for millions of years. We could look in all the right places at the wrong times. I think it is highly unlikely there will every by 2 equally or semi equally intelligent species existing t any one time within a close proximity where contact would be possible, relative to the size of the entire universe. |

Assuming that the universe is infinite in time and matter, it is almost inevitable. Who knows, if evolution is real, then chimpanzees could be close to our level now in several hundred thousand years, and that is on the same planet. Don't try to put limits on the universe, for nearly anything is possible to happen eventually. |
