History - Darren grew up in a bad part of thge UK, he got into trouble a lot in school and kept getting into fights, At one point, he had got a little too eager and headbutted a teacher, sure he knocked him out, but that screwed up his education big time. he left school as soon as he could and lived poorly for a year, after that he straightened out his act, got a job and a better education, he joined the marines at 17 and went trhough vigourous training.

History - Darren grew up in a bad part of the UK, living in the heart of gang territory, he had often been in gang fights, but alone, he was too strong willed and if he wanted to, he'd go out and fight entire gangs alone. Soon the gangs advanced, changing from small melee weapons like bats and bottles to guns, Darren got over-zelous and purchased a shotgun, he took it out to a gang fight and aimed, he fired a bullet straight through the head of an undercover police officer, and knocked himself out with the recoil. The police arrived soon after and Darren had found himself among dead bodies with a cop standing over him holding his shotgun. Darren hadn't been too happy about that so he'd got up, pretending to surrender, head butted the police officer and ran to the police car, he got in and drove away, at only 14. he dint know how to drive it and ended up standing outside his old house soaking, he'd driven it into the river by accident, till this day he had never been caught for that offence that should have landed him a life sentence. He was undisputed in the school boxing and wrestling teams, mainly because he could kick anyones ass he felt like. He left school as soon as he could and lived poorly for a year, after that he straightened out his act, got a job and a better education, he joined the marines at 17 and went though vigorous training. This included SAS training in Britain then moving to the nearest UNSC base and training alongside the guys he had bullied in school, that made it worse when they rose through the ranks while he still trained, It also resulted on his first day, getting team-beaten by all his school friends, not a nice experience for a future Marine, hiding in a locked toilet cubicle scared as hell. He got them back eventually, by kicking their ass's in the shooting range, getting 99% of the targets, the only one he missed was the one of a friendly, but he didn't notice the swastika, meaning he missed out on 100%. Darren wasn't one for perfect scores, so he was fine, especially as the best shooter in the camp only got 82%.
