Now, regarding your phone. If I were you, I would contact Verizon, and explain your situation to them. If I am not mistaken, I think this falls under the category of phone replacement. I work for their IT department here in Utah, and while I can't tell you exactly what they would do, I think that they would replace your phone with another LG Chocolate.

well i had bought games on my phone and would all my stuff be transfered?

I've heard in rare cases that they were able to complete some of those transfers for you (For instance, T-Mobile would push those games and ringtones to you). But, again, I can't say for certain as to what Verizon is totally capable of doing. I just fix their computers, so I don't have a full understanding as to how the customer service reps do their jobs and what they can do.
