Is the green tea included in the 8 glasses of water or not. It seems too much to drink 11 cups of water. Tea is mostly water. And if you eat enough fruits and veggies you can also cut back a little on the water. Good tip though. |

The eight glasses of water a day inclues all water consumed through out the entire day, whether you get it from an actual glass of water, or from the food you eat. Does in the normal "eight glasses a day" theory anyway. Why avoid everything white? :o |

-Beans Soy beans, green beans, peanuts, etc? Seems very broad. Almost all dairy is white FYI. And why cabbage soup? If you're suggesting cabbage soup for the nutrients, cabbage is healthier before it is cooked. I try to drink a gallon or more of water a day personally. And I take green tea pills, because with most green tea consumption I'm tempted to use sugar cubes. I also eat quickly, why is this bad? |

Eating quickly tends to be bad because you don't realize you're no longer hungry when you're first full. I eat quickly too, though.. |

Cabbage soup? Doesn't sound very yum-o to me. To add onto the list of healthful fruits, strawberries. They're full of antioxidants. |
