Ok, so im in high school, and im worrying that I dont have enough extra curicculars for college.

I only take Piano which i have since 3rd grade, and im only level 3!!Im taking all max level courses, but i still feel like I need more activities! My friend told me to take a sport, but I figured that since i havent played a sport since like elementary school, I would suck now and i shouldn't bother. I play badminton every saturday/sunday at YMCA w/ my brother but im just mediorce at best. So he told me to do running since it doesnt take "skill"

So tell me this.. is track/CC hard for high schools in general? Do u have to devote a lot of time to do it? How often a week you do in general, and are there are tournaments/competitions you have to join or do you get a lot of freedoms. I dont really like any sports in general and the badminton team is already full so someone give me advice please!
