Zal, I found some old news reports from the Separatist era. they may help fill in the details and correct any bits of my memory that were a little faulty :P Jedi Sith News 6/25/07-7/01/07 Monday -Nuland Ormish, a new bounty hunter that has been fairly successful so far, is confronted by the Slayer and Kalel Winters on Tatooine. When Nuland leaves for another hunt, the two place tracking devices on his ship. There’s talk of a new Bounty Hunters’ Guild. -Ridifu responds to Lancer’s movement for a new Jedi vote, indicating that he has separated from the Jedi Order. Zalthrax has yet to respond. -Jedi Padawan Terand meets with Jedi Masters Sora Onasi and Kensh Yowes on Coruscant. There is some indication that Sora was drunk during the first part of this meeting, and later on she was seen holding hands with Kensh Yowes. A budding romance? We shall see. Tuesday -Apostle of Chaos (Thor) resigns as Dark Lord of the Sith, leaving the position open. There’s speculation on who the next one will be, or if the spot will remain open. -Jedi Padawan Terand takes the Jedi Trials, defeating his master Alona Gajadhar in a spar. Congratulations to the new Jedi Knight! -Sora Onasi meets with Jedi Master Helius Tak on Coruscant. There is some romantic language between the former apprentice and master; Sora may have a choice to make in the future. -Sora accepts Gata as her Padawan Learner. -Happy birthday to Aquilas! -A rare occurance has…occurred! The people at Jedi/Sith successfully filled out an entire page! How long has it been since that last happened? Wednesday -Five Jedi split from the Jedi Order to create the Contemporary Jedi Order, including: Zalthrax, Ridifu, Desra, Kalo Lannik, Agil. Temporary headquarters will be Naboo, and construction has begun on a permanent HQ on Ossus. -Septerra leaves with Ridifu to help him out. -Lancer announces that he will not stand for re-election to the Jedi Council. Nominations begin, with the following people nominated in this order: Lancer Onasi, Sora Onasi, Ket Jia, Kensh Yowes, and Vegito. -Apocalyptica meets with Shiao and Palîn in a meeting that could prove to be very significant. During the meeting, the two Sith Lords dissuade Apoc from his conquest, and Palîn takes up the title of Dark Lord of the Sith. They make plans for a meeting of the Sith and an attack on the Jedi while the Order remains split. -Jedi/Sith again fills out more than a page of replies in one day. Will this trend continue, or is it just a fluke? Thursday -Jedi Nominations are concluded. The following people are nominated: Helius Tak, Xeomas Crestrider and Rebecca Shutez. -The Jedi vote begins. Kensh Yowes is an early frontrunner, with Ket Jia and Sora also receiving their share of the vote. By the end of the day, the frontrunners are Kensh, Ket, and Lancer. -Yuna Tribal returns to the Jedi Order and meets with Richter Belmont. -Palîn calls the Sith to a meeting on Korriban set for 2 PM (EST) on Monday. All Sith are to attend if at all possible; she will reinstate Sith Lords and reunite the Sith Order. -Former Dark Lord Septimus, after being felled by Jedi Master Ridifu in the Sith Temple, returns to life upon hearing the announcement. -Talon Rann and Selru Atini confront Kavis Knesos in a bar after the seemingly drunk Shimuran Monk begins to beat a Rodian. Violence seems possible, but nothing ends up coming from it. Friday -The Jedi vote continues. The frontrunner is still Lancer Onasi, though Vegito Rikhard and Helius Tak pick up a few votes, as well. -Kensh Yowes meets with a strange old man on Coruscant, and the two reminisce on old times. Though the man’s identity is not clear, there is some indication that he can use the Force, and he gives the Jedi pages from the last copy of The Sith Spellbook: The Necromancy Art. Though the pages are written in a strange language, speculation abounds about why Kensh would be given this Dark Side script. -A drunken Sora confronts Lancer about plans he has to leave, and he tries to explain his reasoning to her. He finally tells her of a vision he had, ending in the destruction of the Jedi Order perhaps because of something Lancer did. She debates with him, and he is finally moved to such pity by her drinking and her problems that he resolves to stay to help her put her life back together. -Kankaro completes his Jedi training and awaits only the Trials before Knighthood. Saturday -Selru Atini returns to the Jedi Order. -Lancer meets with a girl named Shaiann Krayga, and it soon becomes evident that the Force is drawing him to train her in the ways of the Jedi. -Palîn arrives on Coruscant, apparently looking for Ridifu. What the Dark Lady wants with Ridifu is a mystery, though rumors are plentiful. -The Jedi vote draws to a close, leaving Lancer on top with Kensh and Ket right behind. Sora just edges out Helius for the third slot on the Jedi Council. Sunday -Zalthrax Anakor leaves for three weeks. -Ridifu is captured by Palîn, She contains him in a cell and offers a deal: the floor plans for the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for immunity from Sith attacks. It appears Ridifu has betrayed the traditional Jedi Order in return for safety, but does he have something else planned? We shall see. -Mirak Desm leaves the Jedi Order to join the Separatists, as do Septerra and her padawan Jaffen Orod. Desra Lodet suggests that the Contemporary Order move its headquarters to Anchorhead. -Demona revives to join Palîn. |

Jedi Sith News for 7/2/07-7/08/07 Monday -Jedi Master Helius Tak bolsters the defenses of Coruscant. -Jedi Master Mythik Valos returns to the Jedi Order. -The Sith meeting is held. Attendees in person include Palîn, Zekk Ordo, Darth Demona, Darth Mueron, Apocalyptica, Chuten-Maru, Shiao, Itzal, and Jerex Ak’Chazar. Palîn lays out a plan to strike the Jedi Temple on Coruscant at 11 AM EST and declares the Contemporary Order something of an ally to the Sith. Shiao brings a ysalimiri to prevent Force intrusions. Itzal at first challenges Palîn, expecting that an attack on the temple wouldn’t do much good, and wondering if the Sith will have a place for the Catalysts. Palîn convinces him otherwise, and he joins the Catalysts to the Sith. Palîn looks for Sith members who will join the assault, as well as for a leader of a Sith Intelligence and Assassination organization, and sets the Sithlords down as Shiao, Apocalyptica, Redack, and Evil_Jedi. -Apocalyptica meets with Palîn privately after the meeting, revealing to her that there is a traitor among the Jedi ranks. Palîn grants him permission to destroy Count Dooku’s fleets, as they believe he is a traitor. -The Contemporary Order arrive at Anchorhead, where Septerra and Desra spar hand-to-hand. Desra defeats Septerra handily. Tuesday -Redack expands his empire greatly, taking over Iego and Yoggoy and taking back the Wayland Empire and the Dark Nest Colony. -Palîn sends out an encrypted message to all Sith. -Darth Mueron takes on Clint as a Sith Apprentice. -Kuttfin grows jealous of Jerex Ak’Chazar, Palîn’s Apprentice, and challenges him to a duel. He defeats the young Sith as Palîn watches. -Desra Lodet reunites with her little sister, Kasra. Wednesday -One of Helius Tak’s clones gets into contact with Redack. Redack asks for the plans to the Dantooine Enclave’s shields. The clone agrees to get the designs to the Sith Lord. -Desra Lodet recruits Roy Basile for the ever-expanding Separatist order. -A shade of Darth Fenrir meets with Jedi Padawan Richter Belmont, warning him that Palîn has designs to attack. His motivations with helping the Jedi are unclear, but he gives the young Padawan a Talisman of Shielding that can ward against Dark Side powers. Kavis Knesos, the Shimurran Monk, listens in on the conversation and goes to meet with Thaed. Thursday -Lancer Onasi meets Redack within the Jedi Temple, and Redack taunts him by saying that darkness would soon cover the galaxy. After Redack leaves, Lancer meets with an old man, the Essence, and finds that his name is supposedly Theo. The two end up locked in an invisible struggle, though they know not that it is with each other, over the fate of Kalo Lannik. Lancer convinces Kalo not to kill himself, and Theo and Kalo leave as Darth Demona decides she wants to “play” with Lancer. Lancer, needed for a meeting elsewhere, leaves Talon to play with the little girl as he meets with his contact, who gives him a recording of the Sith meeting. -Helius Tak announces that the Jedi will be inspecting the defenses of the Temples, and asks for all known defenses to be sent either to him or to Kensh. -Darth Maydren and Darth Necress confront Tnu in the Haven, and it is evident they plan to kill the half-breed. But Itzal intervenes and prevents them from doing so. -Kankaro swears allegiance to the Jedi Order and is Knighted by Rebecca Shutez. -Avix and Roy Keng escape Tatooine by hijacking a ship and go to Coruscant. Friday—Day of the Coruscant Invasion -Redack blockades Coruscant, preventing Jedi from off-planet from joining the battle. -The Sith attack the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Participants on the Sith side are Dark Lord Palîn, Sith Lords Redack and Shiao, Former Dark Lord Septimus, Sith Apprentices Chuten-Maru and Jerex Ak’Chazar, Zekk Ordo, and Jedi Knight Yuna Tribal. Participants on the Jedi side are Jedi Master Lancer Onasi, Jedi Knight Talon Rann, Jedi Padawan Richter Belmont, and Sith Lord Fenrir…kind of. -Yuna Tribal is revealed to be a traitor to the Jedi Order. She is a Sith by the name of Darth Rain, and she blackouts the Jedi Temple by destroying one of Helius’s Ion Bombs, killing all sabers that run on power cells. -Talon Rann duels with Palîn as Richter Belmont duels Shiao. Palîn appears to have the upper hand in the fight against the Jedi Knight, but she leaves to look for other targets. Shiao and Richter are about to fight in earnest when Fenrir appears, whisking Richter away. -Septimus and Jerex confront Lancer, coming at him from opposite ends of a hallway. They fight for a few moves only when Talon, freed from his fight with Palîn, comes up behind Septimus and drives him off. Fenrir comes and blasts the group with Force Lightning. -Darth Rain blows up the Jedi Temple, and the embattled characters rush to get out. It appears that all those aforementioned have escaped the battle alive, though not unscathed, but with the Temple destroyed and countless Jedi killed, it is a victory for the Sith. -Four Separatists, Ridifu Omego, Desra Lodet, Kalo Lannik, and Septerra, arrive at the Sith Temple on Korriban, where through the use of Psychometry they learn much. Septerra gets bored of waiting and blows up the Temple. Dooku then arrives to take them to Coruscant, where he plans to break the blockade. -Selru Atini declares his intent to seek out the evil-doers who destroyed the Temple. -Numerous people have to go on vacation: Helius Tak for two weeks, and Eros Valow, Kira, and Sora for one week each. Saturday -Apocalyptica and Redack declare the Galaxy In Flames Crusade, involving constant war. -Palîn declares a bounty on Ridifu Omego for his part in the destruction of the Jedi Temple and for the breaking of the truce between their two Orders: 100,000 credits, 200,000 if done in the next week, with a Lordship in store for the Sith who could do the job. -Kensh Yowes, ashamed of the failure of the Council to be at the Jedi Temple to defend it, moves the Jedi capital to Telos and asks that the Separatists aid the Jedi in fighting against the Sith. He also says that he has some plans for retaliation against the Sith and asks that all Jedi get themselves in prime fighting shape. -Desra Lodet kills Sithlord Redack as Gata, Jaffen Orod, and Zekk Ordo. Gata leaves, and, as Desra and Septerra look on, Orod and Ordo duel, Orod getting the upper hand. But Orod enjoys the fight too much, and Desra steps in to prevent him from following down a dark path. -Icarus becomes a Zeison Sha after passing the initiation. -Washu meets with Samael Knesos, seeking Palîn. He recommends that she find Redack, for he is in close contact with the Dark Lord. -A newcomer, Varn Drayan, declares his intent to wipe out all Force-users. Sunday -Mythik Valos gives up his saber to access the power of Electric Judgment. -Jaden Alkarin returns to the Jedi Order from exile on Exodeen upon learning of the Coruscant attack. -Talon Rann discovers a space station that he plans to use as a Jedi Sanctuary. He accepts Ryff Kehteer as his Padawan. -Selru Atini acquires a ship and heads for Telos. He accepts Irena as a Padawan. -Darth Sicarius revives. -Desra Lodet, feeling the Dark Side within Roy Basile, decides to go into exile, but soon convinces herself otherwise. Jedi/Sith News Weekly Poll: Who will win the battle on Friday? The majority of respondents (53%) stated that they believe the Jedi will win the battle. 40% of the 15 said they believed the Sith would win, and a mere 7% believed the News Team would be victorious…how disappointing. But it appears that the majority of voters were incorrect, as the Sith emerged with the victory. |

Jedi Sith News 7/9/07-7/15/07 Monday -Talon Rann accepts Aden Kai as his Padawan. Tuesday -Jaden Alkarin recruits Jalis Makvold into the Jedi Order as his Padawan. He convinces Gata and Avix to join the Jedi Order as well and promises to find masters for them. -Shiao meets with IDX-77, a Jedi-killing droid who decides to serve the Sith Lord, but the meeting turns into a battle when Ridifu Omego and Kavis Knesos show up. -Kensh Yowes announces that a new Jedi Master may be pronounced. Any Jedi Knight willing to apply may post their applications, which should include these four categories: Name, Masters, Padawans, Important Achievements. Wednesday -Atrum Ingenium begins to set up towers, placing the first one on the ruins of the Jedi Temple. -Washu meets with Redack’s ghost, trying to find Palîn’s location. Redack, however, is no help. -The battle between Ridifu, Shiao, Kavis, and IDX-77 turns into two one-on-one battles, pitting Ridifu against Shiao and Kavis against the droid. It is difficult to say who has the upper hand here, though one might say that Shiao has a slight edge over Ridifu. Jedi Master Kell Gase enters the scene, meaning to stop the battle. Thursday -Desra Lodet confronts Sithlord Evil_Jedi and kills him. -Atrum meets with Count Dooku, showing him a sort of amulet. Dooku uses the Force to release the presence inside of the amulet, and Atrum leaves without explaining what it was about. -Yuna Tribal meets with Jaden Alkarin and Gata on Dantooine, but is confronted by Septerra who informs Jaden that Yuna was the traitor among the Jedi. As Jaden and Jalis look on, Septerra attempts to arrest Yuna, who puts up a fight. -Lord Abortion launches an attack on Telos, and while Admiral Keel and the coalition forces defend and drive him off, the first step in the Galaxy in Flames Crusade is successful as the Citadel Station is blown out of the sky. -Richter Belmont and Lancer Onasi meet on Coruscant, where Richter lays out a plan of counterattack. Lancer agrees and says that this will be Richter’s Trial—to plan and put into action this strike against the Sith. -Mythik Valos announces that he can no longer come to Jedi/Sith until he sorts out his problems, and the forum sadly bids him farewell. Friday -Atrum places the second of his towers on Korriban. -Genner Lodride offers half a million credits and his skills as a slicer to the Jedi in exchange for training. Taj Aki promises he will do his best to find a Master both for him and for Gata. -The ascended Redack’s ghost meets with Count Dooku and convinces him not to destroy the towers that are being put into place. Dooku agrees when Redack claims they will power a weapon that they will use against Apocalyptica. -Jaffen Orod gets involved in a battle with…Jaffen Orod. O_O It appears someone has assumed the Separatist’s form and is attempting to kill the Padawan and take his place. Desra looks on and intervenes on behalf of civilians endangered by the fight. -Shiao and Ridifu continue their battle, which ends with Shiao causing Ridifu so much pain that he basically commits suicide, and while he attempts to take Shiao with him, the Sith Lord utilizes his Shi’ido powers of shapeshifting and survives. -Tnu offers Verdia/Darth Maydren a promise ring, and, after some chatting and hesitation, she accepts it. Saturday -Atrum sets up his third tower on Ziost. -Rinc opens up a cantina on Coruscant. -Wirly returns to the Jedi and meets up with Gata and Genner Lodride. -The Jedi Exile leaves Kashyyk’s shadowlands and meets up with Yave Rai, teaching him a little of the Force before he departs. -Yave Rai goes to Coruscant, planning to confront the bounty hunters chasing him. Instead, he meets up with Demona and Washu, After a brief battle resulting in Demona and Washu reaching him, Skor returns to defend them. Yave Rai finally commits suicide rather than allow Skor to kill him, and Mirak shows up to fight the Sith Lord, but is driven off. -Necress meets with Azrael Rayth and kidnaps him. Sunday -Wirly meets with Jaden Alkarin, and they travel to Exodeen. -Wirly accepts Gata as his Padawan, determining that he should be a Jedi Guardian. -Septerra concludes her fight with Darth Rain, who has internal struggles that might lead her back to the light. -Darth Necress takes Azrael Rayth as his apprentice. -Blackhawk is defeated in his Trials but impresses Merakus enough to be Knighted. -Admiral Keel reinforces the Enclave on Dantooine, making upgrades. |

edi/Sith News 7/16/07-7/22/07 Monday -Atrum uses the powers of his towers to fire at Coruscant, causing the inhabitants to go mad and kill each other. Coruscant is rendered a dead world. Desra Lodet and Roy Basile escape from the devastated world. -Mike Gagne is transferred within his Marine Corps and begins training to become a sniper. -The Jedi Keta returns, but not to the Jedi Order. He instead becomes the Jedi Erased, owing nothing to either side. -Darth Luciferus/Thor accepts Anadra Torturus as his Sith Apprentice. -The Jedi Exile meets with Havik, who is apparently starting revolutions against Apocalyptica. He outlines his plan to kill the leader of the Black Legion, and Havik agrees to help him by sending him as a “prisoner” to Yavin IV. -Jaden Alkarin meets with Wirly and Agil, and Agil agrees to ally his Galactic Marine Corps to Jaden’s A.I.A. -Carandel returns to galactic life, taking on a bounty. -Ket Jia meets with Thaed, learning two new Force powers: one that can control the weather, and one that can change his appearance. -Talon Rann administers the Trials to Hal Kalais, who defeats the Jedi Knight in a spar to attain his own Knighthood. -Ket Jia meets with Rufus Shinra, and eventually trades him some personal shield generators in exchange for having him do some mechanical tinkering on them. -Jedi Master Hod meets with Palîn on Dantooine, the first time in a long while that Hod has been seen or heard from. -The Empire of Thule enters a state of total war with the Imperium of Bogan. -The battle on Coruscant finally ends as Shiao and IDX-77 flee the area. Tuesday -Tnu meets with Darth Maydren in the Haven, and as they serve customers, she realizes how much fun she was having working the cantina with Tnu. -The Empire of Thule destroys Atrum’s towers on Ziost, Korriban, and Coruscant. -Jaffen Orod escapes Coruscant. -Demona meets with Jerex Ak’Chazar and Shiao on Coruscant, and they begin their escape from Coruscant. Palîn joins them and orders Demona and Jerex to leave while she and Shiao visit the Sith Academy on Coruscant. -Ridifu Omego is apparently not dead…it looks as though he faked his death. :O -Jedi Exile is caught by the Black Legion and exiled to Yavin IV, which actually was his goal all along. -Selru Atini trains Irena with rather…unorthodox methods. Instead of teaching her to be a Jedi, he teaches her to be a Dark Jedi and finishes her training. -Ket Jia meets with Kensh Yowes in the Jedi Temple, but it proves to be a short meeting, and one disrupted by Genner Lodride and Jang Tsu, the latter falling from a vent directly into their meeting and escaping the Temple. -Richter Belmont and Lancer Onasi meet with each other but are interrupted by the attack on Coruscant. They begin their escape, rescuing Relzan Klyza and bringing him along with them. Wednesday -Atrum places another tower, this one on Dromund Kaas under the protection of the Black Legion. -Yuna Tribal meets with Auron Tribal on Yavin IV, and their meeting is broken up when Apocalyptica shows up, first debating and then dueling Auron. He is about to defeat the Jedi Master when Yuna steps in the way, sacrificing her life to save Auron’s. Auron drives the Sith Lord away and learns of the child Yuna had with him, Akkarin. -Apocalyptica, enraged at the loss of Yuna, declares war on everyone who doesn’t serve the Black Legion. -Lancer and Richter, upon returning to Dantooine, find Sora Onasi on the brink of death from a forbidden Force technique. Lancer revives her and they talk for a few moments, then decide to go inside to speak in private. Instead, they are interrupted by Xeomas, with whom they debate about an army, before Xeomas has to go and Lancer spends the night in a chair in Sora’s room. -The Galactic Coalition expands into Mygeeto. -Apocalyptica sends out Inquisitors to search for Akkarin and Jacques de Molay, the High Commander of the Jedi Knights Templar. -Rinc opens up a cantina on Tatooine. -Ket Jia leaves until at least August 4th. -Jedi Knight Talon Rann apparently steals 9,000,000,000,000 credits from banks on Coruscant. The news team is aghast and awaiting an explanation for this. Thursday -Skor and Merakus meet with Corsos and Kalin Ordo on Dxun. He reveals himself as Mandalore, though the Mandalore disputes that claim (confusing :-/). -Selru Atini accepts Genner Lodride as his Padawan. They are sidetracked, however, when someone finds a ship on Dagobah containing Halcyon, a droid apparently with Force-sensitive capabilities. -Shiao accepts Clint as his Sith Apprentice. -Skor outlines a plan to destroy all large empires around the galaxy with Merakus. Friday -The ascended Redack meets with his parents on Wayland, and they try to convince him that what he has been doing in his life is wrong. A change of heart may be happening here; the news team is following this story carefully. Meanwhile, an assassin loyal to Thor comes and receives Redack’s Sithlord title, though it is unknown if Palîn will agree. -Darth Scipher and Jade Seth return to the forum. -Palîn learns that Skor has returned. -Merakus accepts James Conner as his Sith Apprentice. Saturday -Nuland Ormish crashes on Kashyyyk. -Talon Rann and Hal Kalais are confronted on Dantooine by Apocalyptica. After a brief exchange, in which Kavis Knesos arrives, the two Jedi Knights fall to the Dark Side, but before they can leave with Apocalyptica, Desra Lodet and Mirak Desm arrive and confront the two, as does Colonel Avery. A battle begins, pitting Desra, Kavis, Avery, and Mirak against Talon and Hal. Richter Belmont arrives on the scene, and, thinking that Desra was the dark one here, deflects an attack aimed at Talon, and things appear to be heating up…until Lancer Onasi arrives on scene, calming Talon down and taking the situation into his own hands. Trusting that Lancer has it covered, both Desra and Mirak depart, and Lancer brings Talon back around to the light. Kavis is belligerent towards Hal, telling him to surrender, and Xeomas and Richter try to convince him not to kill the young Jedi Knight. Finally, the situation is dissolved when Talon convinces Hal that they were both wrong. Lancer leaves after granting Richter the rank of Jedi Knight, and Avery leaves…though he still has designs to make Talon show him some respect. ~Sigh~ That was hard to summarize. :-/ Sunday -Jerex and Demona spar as Palîn looks on, and Jerex defeats the girl with the inadvertant help of Kuttfin. …and that’s it. So much frickin’ stuff happened on Monday, but it ends up leading to one RP on Sunday. o_O” |
