# Continue to tag posts of bad content as you did before. Use your judgement, but remember that not every trollish post is going to end in complete annihilation of the forum.

# No matter how much they bend or break the rules, respect the regs around here, and their opinions.

# Try to keep any discussions that concern what should be done with this forum or about my position here, etc on the forum itself.

# If you feel it's absolutely necessary, drop me a line at Xhin23@gmail.com and tell me who to ban, along with at least one relevant post link. If they're in the wrong, I'll comply. And I promise to be a lot less lenient on that. Please do drop me an email instead of posting it here/mod forum, though.

# Don't hold back from telling this forum about me, or my history here, etc, for fear of "publicly humiliating me". If it's true, I'll have to accept it sooner or later; otherwise you're just keeping me from the truth.

To the regs

# Continue the "war" I outlined for you -- continue expressing your own opinions about the forum, standing up for yourself, etc.

# Respect the other mods -- ie, accept that they're a valid part of the forum now, even if you completely disagree with them and hate their guts. Besides, personal insults don't get you very far.

# If you feel you've been banned unfairly, or have a bone to pick with the mods, drop me a line at Xhin23@gmail.com . Give me a day or two, and I'll see what I can do.

# Feel free to give me hell, for the same reasons I said that the mods could. Doing it over email is preferable to the forum, but don't be afraid to publicly humiliate me.

For me

No, I don't plan on coming back to this forum full-time, but I think I've outlined a system whereby I can serve the best moderating role that I can actually do (see: balancing extremes), while letting the other mods take over, and simultaneously protecting the interests and power of the regs.
