It already has a plot. Evil people were revived. They took over Mobius for a month. Eggman Nega created clones of Deathborn and Deathwish and is attacking the revived Evil Empire so he can have Mobius under his control. Gouki and Cammy are dead. The Freedom Fighters are tryingg to stop them, obtain all the emeralds, get to Angel Island, and Danny and Luke chant the revival spell to revive everyone.

Oh. Does Anakin have a weakness? And is Luke from Star Wars or a fc?

Anakin, Luke, and Padme are fan charcters. I just named them after Star Wars Characters.

Haruji is the one who is the main ruler of Mobius. Another villain tries to claim Mobius for his own on his own. That villain's name is Sephiroth. Eventually, a HUGE battle will erupt, with Hayate's group joining up with the Freedom Fighters, Sephiroth going solo, Eggman Nega using his army, and, of course, the Evil Empire fights in the Great Battle of Mobius as well.
