Small problem: the entire Prime series takes place between Metroid 1 and 2. Fusion is Metroid 4. Samus didn't so much as know what an X was at the time of Metroid Prime.

I knew that some sort of timeline would take place, and I knew it would be beta. Prime is 5, it was created after fusion.

Well, I tried, but i checked that databases, and metroid prime did come before fusion.

But, wait, wouldn't there be some recongnition of any of the charecters in fusion? Or Phazon, even though this is it's end? Or the luminoth?

At the end of Fusion, Samus is considered a Fugitive by the Federation so I don't think they would Hire her again if the Prime series was after Fusion.

ya the entire prime trilogy takes place b4 fusion. 1. because in all three the federation hire samus.and 2. in prime 3 there is a tank which contains a metroid from SR388. so if fusion was b4 the prime series then that would be a huge error on nintendos part because SR388 is destroyed in fusion.
