Wow, how'd you know? Anyway, it goes like this: Metroid/ Metroid Zero Mission (Zero Mission is a remake of the original and essentially replaces it in terms of plot) Metroid Prime Metroid Prime Hunters Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Metroid II: Return of Samus Super Metroid Metroid Fusion As for your question as why Samus didn't recognize anyone in Fusion, that's because none of the characters from the Prime games appeared in Fusion (save for Ridley, but Samus already knew who he was). Luminoth, for instance, have only appeared in Echoes so far. |

(Ignores Metroidfan's minor insult) Another reason why Fusion is at the end of the timeline is because the Galactic Federation has labeled Samus a fugetive for eliminating the X parasite. If the Prime series came afterwards then the Federation would be against Samus rather than hiring her. |

So, basically, Samus has been labeled as a Terrorist... Considering that everywhere she goes blows up, I can see why...plus the eliminating of the X. |

That came before Super Metroid. It was good though. There was a feeling of suspence on the first Prime. |
