Time zone differentials don't really matter if there's not significant posting in between the two mods' times. One is usually enough for moderately fast forums; two and three for heavy-usage ones. |

Some forums really don't need more than one Mod. If a forum gets a few posts a day, then one mod is just fine. If a forum gets a few pages a day, then yes, 2, sometimes 3 mods are needed. BUT, it is up to the original mod to decide if they need a co-mod, to help out. |
