Why dose everyone want to be a mod,lol so power hungry,you may think it seems awesome at first.
Protecting forums and such,but really its hard work,and requires a lot of time&patience,you can't just ask to be a mod,because you think your worthy,you have to help gametalks people understand you and your personality and earning respect,trust,friendships.
Applying to be ''MOD'' just for the sake of it,its just a waist of time...
You need to find a forum you know 100& you can stick with and promise yourself your able to cope&handle the job with maturity and responsibility.
I`v noticed a few people(not mentionining names) have been obsessed with trying to achieve the mod possition.
And yet there ruining it for themselves,because thats all they care about now.
You don't become a mod just for the rules,and feeling important as though your special.
You do it,for the help&consideration of others. Meaning,being actually friends with people,and inforcing the rules at the sametime.
Think of it,not many mods are around 13&over. It takes time,but for some its shorter.
Don't Rush or get sad because you didn't become a mod after applying.
Just wait again,and try next time.
In my opinion,I wouldn't want to be a mod,I only come here to help,or even ask questions about things.
I will wait till im at the end school,and im able to realize what being a mod is.
Its not about being better,its about serving your forum with maturity,time,and fun.
This message is directed to 1 person I`v noticed on this forum,i won't mention his name,but he is really obsessed with the mods,and spys on what they do,and trys to copy them.
This is why its hard to trust people for the mod position now-a-days,because everyone can't last a month with out begging for the applications.
It shows lack of impatience,which gametalk dose not like in a moderator,they like trusting hard working,friendly types that can do things the right way.
