When a message is tagged it's moved out of view for all except other moderators. The posts with vowels missing are posts that got hit by a TGT toy called the disemvoweler that obviously removes the vowels from the words and places them at the bottom so you can sort of guess what it originally said.

Who hits it with that toy? Mods? And how come some post's I see get weird in other ways like sometimes it might mess up the post like this: _a_P_o_s_t_ or once I saw one like this: A pOSt wit capitals in the wrong spots. Who is doing this? How are they doing it? Why are they dong it?

It's TGT members who use toys on the posts. They are members who have paid for special memberships.
