I'm sure they'll make that team up movie (it would be a team up, based on the Batman/Superman comic) at some point in the future. I think because we all sort of know that that's the direction of Hollywood these days, they'd use that as a billboard to show the time the film takes place. |

Jeph Leob started the storyline that used that particular symbol that was in I am Legend I believe. Him and Tim Sales superman for all seasons was translated into Smallville so I wouldn't doubt a superman batman team up film in 5-10 years. |

Well it was already greenlighted at one point....though they dropped it for Superman Returns if I remember right. I think the upcoming JLA movie will cover more then enough superman-batman interaction.... then again that's because I'm assuming they'll be the "main" characters...either way...I'm just happy we'll get the Flash and GL in there... |

Batman VS Superman was originally thought up in around 2002. However, this movie has been pushed back on several occasions. The first being the director for the movie was in the process of developing Troy. The second reason was to await the releases of Batman Begins and Superman Returns (of course they had different titles around those times). Although, I doubt this movie will ever be made. The idea has been looming around for ages, along with the poster seen in the movie I Am Legend. Yahoo! Movie Database: http://tinyurl.com/2f84ck I can't seem to find anything in the IMDB. However, I've been a frequent visitor to the Yahoo! Movie's section long before I ever used IMDB. Although, it was typically filled with internet rumors and projects that were slated for development. |

Not only that, but the actual symbol in the movie of the bat symbol and the S shield is the same used for the cover of the Batman/Superman comic book blown up on a big poster. Nothing special |

Already been done. Superman and Batman come together monthly in a comic book. And, as already said, there's been a movie planned for a long time now. It's nothing new. :P |
