Tip for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Provided by: crazyassedredguard Mar 30, 2006 Hard Locks This tip is currently ranked 4.6 out of 5 by a lot of voters. crazyassedredguard has earned 4 gems! do you ever get tired of comeing to a hard lock and not being a theif trained in security. i do i hated it untill !!! go to the impeiral waterfront district and face south west you should overlook the surrounding river of the city. now swim south west and come aground, then about 50-100 meters inland from the waters edge there is a rune stone go to it at night and select it and accept its gift. you will be gifted with a "open hard lock 15ft on target" spell that will open any hard lock for you :) hope that helps
