i was moved to write this by sum n00b to the forum wh doesnt know how to give directions, write descriptions, or tell you much of anything other than to rub in yuor face how **great** he is...ppl like that need to be restricted, censored, and shut out of the forum....howver, here is the quest to find the unbreakable Skeleton Key, which also fortifys your security by 40 points too...enjoy!

the shrine you are looking for in Nocturnal...you must be ate least level 10 to get the quest...you can get the location of the shrine by talking to Alves Uvenim in the Leyawiin Mages Guild...this shirne does not require any offering either...Speak to any Imperial male in Leyawiin on teh "Leyawiin" topic to learn that Weebam-Na and Bejeen have been bragging about a "valuble jewl." Weebam-Na's house backs onto a pond in the downtrodden district between Great Chapel of Zenithar and the Castle

When approached, hes kinda weird and sensitive: "never heard of the thing" he says, "neither has Bejeen. you ask to many questions."

bejeen seems as nervous as her roommate, and in each case your journal suggests you eavesdrop on their conversation...Leaves and return in sneak modem adn you will overhear a brief debate about whether the Eye is safe from Trolls in Tidewater Cave.

At this point, you'll get a journal entry about investigating the cave, and it appears on your map on the Topal Bay coast, SE of the city.

You can confront the two Argonians about "tidewater Cave" and get the journal entry that youve alerted them to the fact that you overheard their converstaion. Howver, thats just dialogue, and the Argonians dont try to move their treasure.

Tidewater Cave is a critter cave, 3-10 encounters with beasts depending on your level, howvere, there are two trolls outside and three within the cave...weak against fire they are **hint**....the Eye is at the end of the underwater passage, to get there, make your first left and then a left at the T intersection...when you get back to the shrine, exchange it for the Skeleton Key...it boosts ur securtiy by 40 points and is unbreakable...
