Green Day is no where near the best band ever. They are lame punk rockers. Some bands that might be the best ever are, Black Sabbath, Led Zepplin, Metallica, Megadath, Guns N' Roses, The Who, Alice In Chains, Motley Crue, Iron Maiden, Anthrax, Slayer, Dio, Judas Priest, AC/DC, Van Halen, Motorhed, Twisted Sister. Alright maybe not all of them, but they all beat Green Day by a long shot.

I respect your opinion, but there is absolutely comparison between Green Day and The Beatles and Metallica. Green Day is a good band, but they're still completely blown out of the water by so many other more deserving bands. And yes I do understand it's a joke.
