Tip for Diablo II Expansion: Lord of Destruction Provided by: dark-newbie Jan 31, 2004 If you want to experiment character builds... This tip is currently ranked 4.1 out of 5 by many voters. dark-newbie has earned 4 gems! Run the game thru the "run" window and after typing the path to your Diablo 2\Game.exe you add the -act5 command. It should look like this: "C:\Diablo II\Game.exe" -act5 Then, any char you CREATE starts in act5, at lvl 33, with all the stats/skills still availible. He desnt have any wps/quests done, but you can go in the bloody foothills and kill monsters. Note: it can also be done by adding a shortcut and in its proprieties, you add the -act5 Note: Its for single-player only Note: to create normal chars, just erase the command and restart the game Also, the -act5 can be replaced by -skiptobnet which opens the game by skipping the intro demos and connecting directly to bnet.
