Recently some people have been asking about ubers, so I thought I'd post a guide to killing them without too much trouble. Don't forget to vote high, there aren't any other Smiter guides on the best tips page, and we want everyone to benefit from this guide!

The smiter I'm going to show you can solo uber trist without dying. If you didn't know, the ubers are harder versions of the 3 main bosses of the game: Diablo, Mephisto, Baal. Before you fight them however, you must kill their minons: Duriel, Lillith, and Izual. The first step to soloing the ubers are getting the materials. You will need 3 of each key, Destruction (dropped from Nilahtak), Terror (dropped from The Countess), and Hate (dropped from the summoner). The most common I've seen for keys to drop is about 1/32. Once you have the required key, take one of each and imbue it in the Horadric Cube. It will open a portal to one of the 3 uber-minions. Upon their death, the minions will drop Baals Eye, Diablo's Horn, and Mephisto's brain. Imbuing these in the cube will open the portal to tristram, where you will fight the ubers.

Strength: As little as possible, only enough for your gear.
Dexterity: Enough for you gear + max block
Vitality: Everything you have left.
Energy: Nothing.

MAX these skills:
Smite, Holy Shield, Fanatacism.
Only having used 60 of the 110 you will ever get (at level 99 that is), you have some room to spare. I'd suggest putting some points into Defiance, to boost your defense. With the ones you have remaning, but points into the defensive skills Resist Lighting. For every 2 points you put in this skill, you will get a +1% max lighting resistance.

Weapon: Last Wish phase blade, Grief phase blade.
Armor: Enigma, Chains of Honor.
Helmet: Kiras guardian, Harlquin Crest Shako,
Shield: Elite Etheral Exile shield, Up'd HoZ.
Boots: Gore riders, Up'd gore riders
Gloves: Draculs
Belt: Verdungos Hearty Cord, Tgods
Amulet: Maras
Rings: Bul Kathos Ring + Raven Frost
Charms: Paladin Combat Skills, resist small charms (+5 resist all), life small charms (+20 life).
On switch you will want Call to Arms.

With Dracul's Grasp and Exile, you have a 20% chance to cast life tap, which will keep your life full all the time. Basically what you do is run up, and hold down smite until the bosses are dead.
If you choose to use Chains of Honor (like me), then it would be best to get a friend to teleport to the uber-minions, otherwise you would probably die before the real fight even begins.
The hardest of the ubers is, without question, Mephisto. His conviction aura and lightning attacks will rip through you, so having good lighting resist/absorb is absolutly essential. The best way to is to seperate the ubers, so you can face one at a time.
