The second one is in the cave with vines hangging from it (don't go through the cave).The last one is in the hammerhead shark pool beat the sharks first.He will fallow you go back to the mother and she will give a vitalit to you.Go through the cave with vines hanging from it (uses poisonous fish to beat sharks)to a pool with lots of sharks check if you have poisonous fish you beat the sharks by echoing to the sharks and swim to them slowly andwhen they are right in front of you charge(echoing to them slows them down so yo can attack).You will see an opening in the wall go in it and you will see the one who fears sharks.Talk to him and you will have to meet him back where the mother dolphin pool is (the part where the circle of rocks are). He will tell you he neads help pushing the rock of (if you are in front of the circle it is on your right last rock).Go to the arch and their will be a power of vigour their go back to the rock and charge.Talk to him and he will say if there is any thing down there show me go down the cave and talk to him he will get cought and you have to slip by.(why is he afraid of sharks and not of a octupus?)While sliping by go under the legs no not go above the head.
