Do you, too, want to level up the super fast and easy way? Of course you do! Who doesn't? If so, Quistis Trepe will become your new best friend throughout the game. To do so, play the triple triad game to get a Gesper card. Gesper is a monster with a blue ball-like body and elasticky legs. You can find one easily by playing the Queen of Cards in Balamb by the trainstation in the beginning of the game. Once obtained, use Quezacotl's Card Mod ability (after learning Card ability), and change the Gesper card into a black hole. Give black hole to Quistis and she learns a move called "degenerator". Now, one of her limit breaks will be this move. In the beginning of the game, it's a little difficult to use degenerator and make it work. It will miss a lot, but by the 2nd or 3rd disk, it should work more properly, depending on her level. In the 3rd disk, after obtaining the Ragnarok, fly to the Island closest to Hell and fight the dragons using her degenerator move. Make sure her HPs are either in yellow of you give her aura stones or use aura magic on her so she can use her move. When she does, the monsters should die instantly and your EXP and levels will go through the roof!
