It's true, and My freinds didn't mistake it 'cos they found it BEFORE he had san andreas and it couldn't of been a mod 'cos there isn't a parachute mod that actually works. |

There is no parachute in Vice city, check out San Andreas tho' |

Well...there is in the xbox version and i just thought maybe checking on the most powerful system version for a parachute, plus out of ALL the buildings in Vice city it's SOMETIMES!! on ONLY ONE OF THEM. |
