Sunshine autos missions are street races and finding certain cars on a list and bringing them to the dealership. |

you have to BUY and DO all the missions attached to a property. Boomshine Saigon is just a submission, not needed to complete the main storyline. you'll only need these: KEN ROSENBERG: The Party / Back Alley Brawl / Jury Fury / Riot CORTEZ: Treacherous Swine / Mall Shootout / Guardian Angels RICARDO DIAZ: The Chase / Phnom Penh '86 / The Fastest Boat / Supply & Demand KENT PAUL: Death Row VERCETTI: Rub Out / Shakedown after that you can buy property I suggest you buy the following: 1. Sunshine Auto's 2. Printworks 3. Kaufman Cabs 4. Cherry Poppers 5. Pole Position |

make sure each propertie you bought generates revenue SUNSHINE AUTO'S: car import (you don't need the streetraces although it makes fast cash) PRINTWORKS: 2 missions KAUFMAN CABS: 3 mission CHERRY POPPERS: 1 mission (sell 50 icecream) POLE POSITION: 1 mission (well not really, just sit and watch) |
