Green text in upper left corner of screen in HPCOS

My son has been playing Chamber of Secrets on his PC and a couple of weeks ago 3-4 lines of scrolling green text started to appear in the upper left corner of the screen. It only happens on this game. There must be a setting or control code to get rid of it. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

He must be using debugging mode. That can actually be a lot of fun, but only if you have played the game once before without it. I know how to get rid of it. Go to my documents then Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets. Go to game configuration and go to edit. Click find and type in "debug" when it takes you to debug erase true and type false. There are two so do the find thing twice. Go to user configuration as well and do the same thing. Of course though if he wants to use debug mode, it's perfectly safe and alright. |
