I was one of the ppl who cant host games because i had a router. and i find out the solution and help people solve it. so far it work 100%(make sure your game port is 6112) First. go to your router settings(online) go to "apllication and games" under that go to "DMZ" enable it and put your correct ip(to find your ip type "ipconfig" in command promt"(command promt under accessories in START) Now try to host games and see if anyone in.(if not double check your firewall/norton and all those stuff. okie and try again if it wont work, please reply because there is another way. i not posting the other one because it work on the frist try. it may not work bc maybe u have other members using the same internet. meaning form your router. both of the computers could have the same ip making it un possible to host. Not only firewall blocks but your router has a built in firewall itself. Disable it would be above you. My aim is Jimmmay22489 |

how do i get to my router settings????? i havent a clue what ur on about i'm afraid.. i'm not an expert at computers. please could u tell me what to click and everything. |
