To settle a dispute amongst me and my friend. Proof that Xemnas sucked: 1. He constantly sent the wrong person to do the wrong job. He sent AXEL to deal with ROXAS.He sent DEMYX to deal not only with Hades, but with Sora at Radiant Garden--two places where water was HEAVILY limited. He trusted MARLUXIA with Castle Oblivion, even though everyone else seemed to notice that Marluxia had an eye on power.2. All he wanted was Kingdom Hearts, it didn't matter if the other Org Members died. He practically says this. "Oh, my Kingdom Hearts." Not the Organization's. His. 3. He had an army at his disposal, but never thought things through. In other words, he heavily underestimated Sora. His only strategy was to send wave upon wave of attack at Sora, collecting hearts and losing men all the while. He didn't seem to consider Sora a threat at all. |

If you think about it, it makes sense for one with power such as Xemnas to not consider Sora a threat. Keep in mind that Sora needed Riku's help to defeat him, ultimately, and Riku would have been an unknown factor predominantly through the game. Also not sure what wanting Kingdom Hearts for himself has to do with suckiness, but you are right. While the organization members besides him want Kingdom Hearts to become whole, Xemnas wants to use it to become a god-like entity and take control of the Universe, a vision which may very well have come true if Ansem has not partially destroyed Kingdom Hearts. |

The point I was making was that, due to underestimating Sora, Xemnas sent all of those below him to their deaths. And Sora defeats him once on his own. Had Xemanas not become a demi-god, Sora could have taken him out on his own. |

Obviously, Sora didn't defeat him since Xemnas was alive and well and seized Kingdom Hearts. All Sora could do was make him retreat. Without the help of others, predominantly Riku, I can't see how he'd have been able to utterly destroy him. Also, let's keep in mind that Xemnas's intentions with Kingdom Hearts don't suggest he cared much for what happened to his underlings. If anything, he may have hoped for their deaths so that his ownership over Kingdom Hearts would be unchallenged. |

Haha, if you watch the scenes of after Sora wins, you actually see him fade. He manages to barely cling to life multiple times, just to try and win. Sora could have--but then, that'd not be a game at all. Also, I doubt he wanted to get rid of any of them--especially characters like the insanely loyal Saïx... Xemmy really just sucked at picking who should go where, or he barely thought about it. |

Well he is a nobody, so caring about his other members is somewhat void, which means they'd all probobly follow who ever seemed to most powerfull. He didnt matter to them, they just all had a common goal and he had the connections, the plan, and the power. |
