-Not a piece of crap, more impressed with it and its potential than the 360. Personally...the 360 doesn't appeal to much to me, it's games are all shooters or scifi, nothing wrong with that, it's just not the kind of thing I spend $400 on. I like variety.

-I have enjoyed every second of that almost $1000. Not only are the PS3 games I own great, but I can play all my PS2 games on it, as well as PS1. No other console in my house has been touched since the gorilla entered.

You can't possibly compare the PS3 to the 360. The PS3 has many errors. I was playing it and it froze on my twice in ten minutes. Then another time, I was playing in the stores, and it literally just shut off for no reason. The 360 games are way better then any upcoming PS3 (or present) games.

Gears of War, Lost Planet, Crackdown, Halo 3, Guitar Hero II, Fight Night Round 3, MLB 2k7, GRAW 1 and 2, etc.

Ok, so PS3 has a few good games coming out, woo hoo! The 360 has problems, sure, but not as many as the PS3 does. The 360 graphics are the same as the PS3 to me. Also, the games are way better on the 360. PLUS, the online play is better.

The consoles in the stores are not a reliable basis to judge a console.

I've never had a in-store 360 not freeze on me, most of the time I can't even get into a demo on it. I know that's not what the 360 is all about though, I know the 360 is a great console. And I've never heard any complaints about constant freezing with a PS3, and I know quite a few people who own them. Bad luck for the player can kill a console's reputation...

What are these flaws though, really? It's like John Kerry's "I have a plan" speeches, but he never stated what his plan was. What EXACTLY are these flaws people keep flaunting?

Yep, 360 games are much better than PS3 games, that's common sense. Upcoming games are all a matter of opinion, I know I don't see the 360 as something I'd buy because really...I don't like the overabundance of shooters on the console, most of these shooters being the must have titles for the console.

In any case, if you actually look at the PS3's upcoming line-up, you'll see it's getting more than a few potentially great games.

Do your research on a console before you start screaming...

As for online...if it works, it's good. PSN hasn't lagged once since I got the console. As far as I'm concerned, if it plays the games online well, then it's a good online network.

Only because you're used to 360's controller. I personally love the PlayStation's controller and HATE 360's. I just played Sony's 1st and now I am more comfortable with it.

LOL! Are you forgetting about the 360's red light of death? The heating problems? The noisy hard drive? The freezing? Face it, every console has problems.

I'm currently on my 3rd X360 and just had to wipe the Hard Drive to avoid the red lights of death again.

I am quite happy with my PS3 and have loads to play on it. Would have more but I've already had COD3 and Marvel on my 360

Well here is some reasoning for ya. The graphics ARE great and just look at all the great titles coming out this year. I have both 360 and ps3 and i love them both dearly but i think that in the next year everyone will be playstation fans once again just like with the ps2 era. It has a ton of excellent games coming and sony always pulls through to crush the other guys. If you want reasoning to buy ps3 just look at the list of upcoming games and everyone knows that playstations have always dominated sports games as well (cant wait for madden 08). The only reason i like xbox 360 better right now is because the shooting games (gears of war) (ps3 as i said will have a better selection by christmas this year)and xbox's online play is better right now(because all the games it has are shooters which are what have the best multiplayer). That is why you should buy ps3.
