You can run homebrew on the Nintendo DS as well, but I believe you have to buy a couple of flash carts for it to work. It may be a bit obvious, but the NDS doesn't need to emulate GBA games since it's an already built-in component. The reason I reference the built-in backwards compatibility is because the gpSP emulator (GBA) for the PSP is limited in functionality. |

gpSP is not perfect, yes. But it's still close. It also has several other features like built-in gameshark/cheating support, Save States, Etc. |

The DS needs a slot-2 flash cart like an EZFlash 3-in-1, and that requires more $$$. Homebrew on the DS isn't as developed as the PSP's homebrew scene. Currently, you might find much more appealing aspects for the PSP in terms of emulation through homebrew. The CycloDS, a slot-1 cart, also supports save states and built in Action Replay, among other things. |

I know with those flash cards it might support it. But the DS on its own, does not. |

No it does not, but it's the same as buying an expensive 4 or 8GB Pro Duo. It'd come around to the same price if you were trying to compare it to an 8GB stick. Give or take a few bucks. |

gpSP is not perfect, yes. But it's still close. I wouldn't even say close. I'm still having a few problems running a number of my games. Although I am greatful for it. |
