I used to RP at Jedi/Sith like...four years ago, and I RPed in the AOL Chatrooms for about a half a year. That's all the RPing I've been doing, really.

That's cool. I've pretty much been on and off on here for the last couple of years. xD Abit of an RP addict really.

So what kinda RPs do you usually do anyway? Realistic, fantasy, etcetc.

Oh, huh...when I see a great RPer compliment any of my RPs, it makes me feel all good and whatnot. I guess it's because it means that I've really improved. When I first started, I was a ridiculous, godmodding buffoon. XD

All of them.

I think we were all God-mods or n00bs at some point, nothig to be ashamed of, unless you don't improve. xD

I used to be pretty bad myself, but I caught on pretty fast I like to think.

Some beginner RPers think that my attacks are godmodding attacks. They think that even when logic is brought into play. It's annoying.

The way I see it, you're not godmodding as long as your character has the ability to die, which all of my characters do. However, Inigo and Kadash are both a bit harder because they've had thousands of years of training, plus they're from another dimension so with them I sometimes say that they're just on a higher level of power than the opponent. Of course, they can still die, but the trick with shadomancers is that they can only die one way, and they get to choose which way, sort of like prophecy. Kadash can only killed with his own blade, and his blade is specially designed to kill any who holds it, and so anyone that kills Kadash must be willing to die as well. Inigo can only be killed by the bare hand of a human, and therefore he made sure that no weapon nor powerful being could kill him, only a mere human with no magic whatso ever with his/her bare hands.

See? I made it practically impossible for anyone to kill me characters, but at the same time it's not godmodding because they have the ability to die.

Godmodding only happens if the odds are stacked unevenly. If a really weak character were to fight a really strong character, and the latter wouldn't hold back at all, that'd be godmodding.
