Terra Veneficus:
She listens to him wheeze and she chuckles, remembering that fact after he mentions it. "That's right, forgot about that fact," she states, holding his weight quite easily. She was about to set him back down when he states she could help. She nods lightly, walking towards the door. She listens to him as he introduces himself and sighs lightly. "My name is Terra Veneficus, New York SVU police officer and a Marine," she states, pushing open the door. She continues to walk, getting into the shadowed side of the building and sets him down gently. "So, if you are the prince of Shadowmancers, why the heck are you here?" she asks, now very curious.
Zhane:
Such a nice day at the beach. The sun was shining, waves splashed up on the shore, and a cool breeze flew through the air. It was the perfect place to relax from work. Here there were no worries of failed experiment attempts or research. No, the beach was for complete relaxation.
Zhane walked along the beach. His bare feet kicked up a small amount of sand with each step. He had recently moved to the Three Sister Island to get away from the distraction and problems of the big cities so he was alone. Here he could work on his inventions in peace and quiet. Zhane stopped and watched as kids played in the ocean and then looked on to some of the ladies walking along the beach. Indeed this was a good place to relax and escape the troubles of work.
Krethina:
Krethina surfaced once again and giggled. There were so many memories here. So many things happened. That were happening. That would happen. She sighed. If only things could go on peacful like this forever. She watched the children play. The old lay on the beach. The couples walk. And the one lone man wonder. Her eyes stayed on him. She got a funny feeling. Not like the feeling for the shadowmancer, that was like a tickle in the stomach. This was like... a magic feeling. He wasn't magic, but he was... involved somewhere in this spell.
Sigheing, she couldn't decide weather to ignore him and see how everything played out or aproach him. Of course if she approached him and said 'Hey I think you're part of a three hundred year old spell and I'm one of the witches the island is named after. Wanna get wsome coffee and discuss it?' he may freak out just a little. Or call the cops...
And since she couldn't make up her mind, she decided to see what happened if she walked out of the water. That made her more aproachable. Sighing, she reluctantly wadded out of the ocean and onto the beach, ringing out her hair and pulling on her now wet blue summer dress clung to her like a second skin, showing her figure to perfection. She shook back her hair and looked up to the sun.
Inigo:
Inigo sighs gratefully as he’s put down in the shade of his building and lays his head against the wall. Just this little bit of comfort felt like a balm on his skin, healing the damage done by invisible wounds.
“Ah, thank you for that. It’ll be a while, but I’ll heal faster now.”
He then relaxes as she asks why he was even here. He closes his eyes and breathes in, readying himself.
“Well, we Ispens never were keen on staying in our kingdom to forsake the outdoors. However, to answer your specific question, I have to admit I don’t know. I was in the mountains, working with dwarves when something seemed to pull at me. Suddenly I couldn’t focus on my work and my mind wandered away from me constantly. So I sought my father’s help, suspicious that some magic was disturbing me. My father, unlike me, has a love for magic. He told me that the pull I felt was the pull of destiny. He told me that I should seek whatever it is that was pulling me, and so on his advice, I did and it brought me here. Something about this place tells me that I belong here, if only for a while. So I set up shop and learned of the witches for which this place in named for. I waited for only a week or two and, sure enough, the two of you entered my store.”
He breathed in once more, the opened an eye to Terra.
“Now I have a question for you. Why did you help a shadomancer rather than stay with the other girl? Now of all times, isn’t that rather dangerous?”
