How long ago did you order it? Orders haven't been fulfilled since February 2006, shortly after the game started being sold again. Mike Pooler (the guy who takes the money) is aware of the situation now, and has promised to contact everyone who sent a payment. He is difficult to reach due to a complicated health situation, but I continue to send him emails asking for updates. I won't let this be ignored.

I purchased both games 1 year ago. Never received them...

So I decided to fill a complaint against the guy.

My lawyer asked me to print the transaction details.

Hope he will do the necessary to contact my bank for a refund.

Do you know if some orders have already been fully processed ?

Mike suffered a heart attack almost immediately after he set up the website to accept payments, and actually didn't recall ever doing it. He'll have to locate a copy of Space Bats v3.0 before he can start fulfilling orders again. He has promised to fulfill the orders or issue refunds. As far as I know, no orders have been fulfilled yet (my order is still unfulfilled), so hopefully everyone will be getting a refund.

I wish I had read this before I made my $24 payment!

I just ordered the game today. I used to have it on a floppy disk but not only did that get lost in one of my annual moves, this computer doesn't have a floppy drive!

Sorry to hear about the developer's health problems but I'm on disability myself. This is a LOT of money for me to dish out for nothing.

I too have had this problem. Is there any action we should be taking apart from sending an email? Otherwise I don't see many options.

I was briefly in contact with Mike Pooler in January, at which time he claimed that he would be contacting all customers shortly. I've sent a number of emails since then, but there are no updates.
