wow, that really does make me think, look at the saints sheduale. What if theres was harder, would they have been this good. Same with the bears, seahawks, and chargers. also, i thought the bengals and giants had the hardest scheduale in the NFL, maybe im wrong though |

yeah that really does suck for you, i don't think there gonna go much easier on the titans next year either cause of the way they've played. Maybe LT won't have so many TD"s if his sceduale was harder, lol |

it depends on who they get in the draft and free agency but they will definintly contend at the very least for a wildcard but I just want someone to beat the Colts |

Just for the record, record isn't everyhing. Anyone who thinks less of a team because of their "easy" schedule doesn't really know football and is selling a team short. Take for instance the Pittsburgh Steelers. A team plays them, is that an "easy" game? The Steelers are finally at .500 and have been struggling to get back there since the start of the season, but they still play you tough. Know what I mean? |

i know what u mean, but sceduale has a big part on how teams do. Record shows a lot, but for some teams it dosn't. Like the Redskins, there record sucks, but i really think there a decent team |

I don't think this changes much, if anything, at all. Just because the Buccaneers have a tough schedule doesn't mean they're not one of the worst teams in the league. Same goes for the Raiders and the Browns. And although the Chargers have, according to this, an easy schedule, they are undoubtedly the best team in the NFL. They have a high powered offense, and are absolute bullies on defense. Their schedule alone is not reason enough to doubt their ability. Same goes for the Saints, and to a lesser extent, the Bears and Cowboys. As far as this list goes, the only team it says anything about is the Seahawks, who are very mediocre with an apparently easy schedule. |

Not to mention that there is a very reasonable gap between the "hardest" schedule and the "easiest" schedule. If there was a team that was like .200 or .800, that would be one thing, but when all the teams are between .418 and .571, I see no reason to whine about schedules whatsoever. |

Strength of Schedule doesn't tell the whole story. For the most part, teams within the same division will have virtually the same schedule. Baltimore played Tennesee and Buffalo. Cleveland played Houston and the Jets. Pittsburgh played Miami and Jacksonville. Cincy played Indy and New England. Other than that, their schedules are identical. HOWEVER, seeing as the Browns are the worst team in the division, that means that six of their games are against teams better than they are, which improves their SoS. |

Not to mention, Strength of Schedule is determined after the fact. You go into the season thinking a schedule might be easy or tough. Then you get something completely different. I mean, who thought the Patriots would be playing decent teams in their division? You look at the games against Buffalo, the Jets, and the Dolphins, and save maybe the Dolphins, I didn't think any of those teams would be .500 at this point in the season. But they are. Or if you look at games against Tennessee...they were arguably the worst team in the league in the first quarter of the season. But with this SoS thing, they don't take in consideration that Tennessee might have been 1-4 when a team played them. They just see Tennessee and go, "Oh, they're 7-7, therefore the Texans played a .500 team. We'll throw that into the average." Strength of Schedule is determined after the fact, and really, doesn't mean jack. |

But come on, the titans schedule is brutal, the colts twice, the jags twuce, The AFC east and the NFC East, the only bad team out of those 12 are the Texans, the jaguars are good, the colts, the pats, the jets, the bills are decent, so are the phins, the cowboys are good, the giants, the eagles, and the skins are tough. |

Skip the numbers, the Redskins have a harder schedule than 11th. They should be in the top 5, tho I agree that the Titans are #1. |

and It's all about what time you face the team at for example if you played the Titans at the beggening of the season they wouldn't have been that much of a challenge but now that they are using Vince Young they've became a pretty good team |
