The Big Bang Theory
|
"The Big Bang Theory" is a new comedy on the CBS Network. Two friends, Leonard and Sheldon (Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons) are extremely nerdy physicists who share an apartment. After their new, beautiful, ditzy neighbor Penny (Kaley Cuoco) moves in next door, Leonard attempts to welcome Penny in and often invites Penny to hang out with him, Sheldon and the rest of their buddies. Leonard clearly wants to become significant others with Penny while Sheldon knows that his nerdy, geeky behavior will make it near impossible for Leonard to achieve his goal and win Penny. That is the main premise of the show. I must say after the first four episodes of this show, that this show is gut-bustingly funny. The two main characters, Leonard and Sheldon are extremely hilarious with their dialogue. Their dialogue consists of extremely large words, mainly having to do with physics and they are constantly analyzing everything. I really recommend watching this show if you'd like a good laugh. It airs on Monday Nights at 8:30 Eastern/7:30 Central on CBS.

I gotta say, I expected it to be terrible, mostly because it airs on CBS and pretty much everything except NBC makes crappy shows these days. But it was surprisingly funny, and it's been pretty consistent. One of the best new shows, I gotta admit. |
