You don't become a werewolf in Mournhold which is where all the things in Tribunal occur.

You can be come a werewolf in Solstheim which is where all the things in Bloodmoon happen.

You can become a werewolf by getting bitten by random wandering werewolves or doing the Main Quest.

The ring you are asking about is called Hircines Ring which if I remember right, you get at the end of the MQ.

As for the 3rd part of your question, you need to be more specific. Do you want to know how to start the main quest in Tribunal? Or is there something else you are talking about.

If you are talking about the MQ in Trib. There are 3 parts to the MQ (with 1 being optional). Let us know what you want to do.

You have to complete the Bloodmoon Main Quest to get Hircine's Ring. The reward is the same whether you do the quest in humanoid or wereform. I think that you completed the East Empire Company quests. Go talk with the Captain at Fort Frostmoth and do as he asks. He will eventually send you to seek out ths Skaal Village and see if you can find out what the deal is with the Fort being attacked and stuff. Once you ge to the village, things really pick up and you get into the real meat of the whole Bloodmoon adventure. ;o)

First things first, talk to the Argonian boatman at the docks. Talk to him about everything in his convo options and when you are done talking, head into the fort and find the person he said for you to find.

He will tell you of 2 people, one is the East Empire jobs, the other is the Main Questline.

Go ahead and have a bit of booze on you. Not mead, real booze from Vvardenfel, like skooma or flin. Sooner or later talking to people will get you pointed in the right direction... the guards are ticked at not having any booze and you are just the guy to straighten things out. This is the first step on the Bloodmoon main quest.

What you have done getting your house, that was just one big huge elaborate side quest. You haven't even started playing the game yet :)

Do these errands around the fort and soon you will be sent to Skaal, and you will know for sure you are on the Main Quest.

Hopefully you have not killed any guards in Skall, you need them to become a werewolf.

You have the option to become a werewolf during the main quest. You get the disease, its written into the game, but a guard triggers the script so please don't kill any. Its up to you to choose to keep the disease and do the MQ as a wolf or to cure yourself and do it as a person. Like I said in the other post, make a save here so if you make the wrong choice you don't have to start the whole game over.

And, yes. When you finish the MQ as a person, there will be a ring that lets you become a werewolf. It isn't anything like being an actual werewolf tho.

now im at the part where the fort gets attacked,also whith the weapon smuglers,where is the captain? i searched at raven rock,in the fort,and around the fort,where is he??? thanx

He is missing, so the point is to SEARCH for him. If you can be trooubled to actually play the game for yourself, read on. *sigh*

Keep talking to the soldiers in the fort. One of the Imperial female soldiers is kind of the Head Cheese when the Head Cheese ain't around. Find her and she will give you a skull and tell you to take it to the Skaal Village and see if they can give you any insight as to why the fort was attacked and what they may know about the dissappearance of Captain Carius. Go to the Skaal Village and talk to the Tribal Chieftain. He will send you to speak with the Shaman. He will have a LOT of stuff for you to do. Do it and report back to him. Rinse and repeat until the next EVENT takes place. Trust me, you will know when the event happens. After that, the questline will pick up a little speed. ;o)

i no that i ask tons of questions but i really hate figureing things out myself(while playing the game)and for the reply, thanks than helped because i thought that no one would answer me(in the game) they would just say something about the captain and the creatures

when i reach the cave of music what do i do? i found the stalagmite and my journal got up dated then my journal said when i hit it it makes a noise.i then saved then went back to the earth stone. nothing happened.am i missing something? thanx

You need to activate the 3 stalamites in the right order twice

The first time hit them in this order;

Middle, Right, Left, Right

The second time;

Left, Right, Middle, Left.

Once you do that, you should get a new journal entry.
