The glow comes with the spells you master and starts in the hands. It seemed to me that once I made it a point to max what I had out it just kept getting more and more a halo around my whole body. |

The glowing aura comes with mastery of will powers. If your character lacks it then you've been focusing on either strength or skill, or you just don't like using will powers at all. (let's be serious here will powers are just a copy of "The Force" in star wars) |

Yeah, but jedi don't get those cool tats appear all over their body by using it. The glowing hands are only the beginning... Welcome to the forum, Nick. Oh, and you're right about alignment having to do with it. If you're good and use a lot of will, you'll glow pale blue, your hair will turn pure white, and your eyes turn blue. (So angelic, except for the scars and all.) If you're evil it's red eyes, your hair turns jet black except at the front where your horns grow, and the ground bleeds where you tread. (Actually, it's just a temporary red glow from your feet, but that doesn't sound as cool). |

Thank you. I will try and master will now cause that seems really cool to start glowing. and just wondering if this is fixable but i am trying to load my data and it stops at the autosave. it gets to the screen then stops a quarter of the way through. I left it for a while and watched tv but it was still just stuck there. Do you think it is the disk or the Xbox? thanks again. I hope nothing is really wrong. |

well the only real difference between the force and will is that will has more elemental forms whereas the force just has a lighting elemental form. |

Nick, that happens when you try to load a corrupt file. Try loading from another save slot (you might have to go an earlier one). After it hangs up once, it usually won't let you skip the whole opening anymore. I don't know if this is what caused it, but there is something we refer to here as the "greed glitch" (only in TLC--The Lost Chapters). If you have too much money or keys too early in the game, it'll hang up like you described. There are probably other things that cause it, but that one will do it for sure. There are some good tips in the Tips section. Shortcuts, things to avoid, item locations... worth reading. |

Sorry, PD. I wasn't trying to ignore you. I never thought much about the difference between will and the force. And Elder Scrolls has a whole different batch of spells and the ability to create others. It's good to have all that diversity, though. There wouldn't be much point in playing if all the games were basically the same. |

I know that there isn't much to think about when it comes to the difference between the two, mainly because there isn't that much difference at all. However you still have to admit that the will powers are based off of the force. |

More like different incarnations of the same idea. The idea of using such powers is much older than Star Wars or Fable. I don't think either one can claim credit for coming up with an idea that's been around longer than the originators of those two works have even been alive. The two (The Force and Will) are similar, but neither one is original, just a new way of using an old idea. I think both of them use it well, with Star Wars having the advantage of a much richer history. |

you have a point there, but the only 3 true force powers you obtain in fable are force lightening, the good ol' Jedi Mind Trick, and the force push. |

Just want to add that your char's hands glow a brilliant blue regardless of alignmant, So long as you've levelled up on spells of course. |
