each dungeon has a secret chest that only can be obtained by detonating a tingle bomb in a very special place.these chest contain golden tingle statues and show the famous mapmaker in a number of funky poses.whenever you get them they are instantly transported to tingle island where they are displayed for all to, uh,see. there are five statues(one for every dungeon[that is if you dont count the forsaken fortress a dungeon])ill list the statues and where you can find them in the dungeon(ill try my best to explain the room so bare with me)(you need to have the GBA turned on and 10 rupees for the bomb):

in the dragon roost cavern:(if you have beat it)remember the hallway(not really a hallway its where you use your grappling hook to swing to a middle edge then once you in the middle you jump on some suspended platforms till you get to the room that holds the boss key)that leads you to the boss key well the ledge across from the entrance is a hidden chest bomb it and the golden statue will appear

next is the forbidden forest:remember the room that has a hollowed-out tree trunk with a vine covered chest inside although their was a tunnel you could access to crawl through you couldnt stand back far enough to use your boomarang on the vine and you had to jump up the small pedestals and then you had to use the deku leaf to go across the room on the gondola platform then got a bomb and jumped on the gondola platform and tossed the bomb into the hole atop the tree stump and blow up the vine(this was just describbing the room it has nothing to do with the tingle statues):ok for the tingle statue go into this room and detonate a tingle bomb on the small patch of land beside the door. stand near the door to avoid the blast,and hop across to the right to claim the forbidden tingle statue

tower of the gods:ok remember the room that takes you to the second floor(it has i think the first moving platforms in the dungeon):for the tingle statue go to the second floor landing,jump across the platforms to the stationary platform high above the floor near the beamos.stand near the corner of the platform, and detonate a tingle bomb in the opposite corner to reaveal a secret chest containing the goddess tingle statue!

3 down 2 more to go:in the earth temple:go to the room that has the only wooden suspension bridge in the dungeon:for the golden tingle statue leap from the near side of the suspension bridge and use the deku leaf to glide to the hanging platforms on the left.hop across the platform to the ladge around the bend and detonate a tingle bomb there to recieve the earth tingle statue

wind temple:head to the room that makar gets abducted by the floor masters:for the tingle statue set makar down(or if he has been already taken dont worry about him for the statue you wont need him) and have link drop off the edge to the grass below. use the GBA to detonate a tingle bomb in the center of the area,between the 2 cliffs,to un cover the final tingle statue

for every tingle statue tingle and his brother ankle will pay you 50 rupees(not even half the money you pay him for him to decipher the triforce charts)but for all of them you get a bonus of 500 rupees
