So that the two worlds would never intersect again. Thank goodness. No more Midna or Zant in future Zelda games =D

She was so angered by Gamespot's 8.8 review she broke the mirror in a blind rage.

Ironically, Nintendo admitted that if enough people complain, Midna will come back anyway.

"Oh, by the way, there's that backup mirror over there. Forgot to mention that. Sorry."

Midna was alright, she had more charisma in her unspeakably evil grin than Navi had in her whole...well, glowiness.

But didn't Zant die near the end? So even if Midna does come back, who's gonna resurrect Zant since Ganondorf has gone moldy as well

Twilight Princess had a poorly written storyline from the very begining. Who cares if there are later innacuracies, as this was itself riddled with them. The story was a stain on the Zelda franchise.

Bring back the days of pure storytelling - Ocarina, Majora, Wind Waker... we knew where we stood with them.

I didn't actually think there was anything drastically wrong with the story. True, Ganondorf could have been introduced a bit earlier, but wouldn't that in itself have made it all the more predictable? Twilight Princess went in a different direction than most with elements in the stories Nintendo hadn't used previously, such as the sinister Links/Ilya with knife moments, and Zant struck me as one of the more unhinged bad guys Zelda's had for a while. The flip on Twilight Princess' indentity was a nice touch, as was getting to see Hyrule being slowly recovered from the veil of Twilight. I actually wish there was an option to return to the Twilight Hyrule after a certain point in the game.

Yeah, Zant was completely insane. I thought he was a monkey (especially in Phase 4 of the battle with him) and my friend thinks he's a chicken, and many people believe that he's on crack
